GLSELA Students Receive Behind-The-Scenes Experience During Lake County Captains Visit
Great Lakes Sports and Entertainment Law Academy students had the rare opportunity to see behind the scenes of professional baseball as they traveled to Classic Park for a Lake County Captains (Class A affiliate of the Cleveland Indians) game. As part of the hands-on experience, the class watched the game from the owner’s suite while gaining perspective from one of the club’s owners, conducted a post-game interview with a highly touted Major League Baseball prospect, and took a private tour of the ballpark whiling learning about the team’s operations and agreements from the Captains’ general manager.
